The Global Success Architects at Deliverect are a team of highly skilled professionals passionately dedicated to propelling global businesses to success in the digital age. By crafting and executing tailored solutions, we enhance digital ordering experiences, drive revenue growth, and improve operational efficiencies on a multi-regional scale. Your Impact
As a Strategic Accounts – International Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Deliverect’s international expansion by winning, growing, and executing priority global enterprise accounts. You will act as a key commercial catalyst, combining enterprise hunting with strategic account management to convert active opportunities and scale revenue across corporate and master franchise relationships.
Your success in this impactful position will be directly measured by STRAC ARR growth, pipeline generation accuracy, conversion rates of active-stage deals, and your ability to expand senior stakeholder networks globally.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in either our London or Paris office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.
What you will do:
- Drive Sales Impact and Convert Strategic Deals: Win and expand priority international STRAC opportunities by managing complex sales cycles from active-stage engagement through to final signature.
- Own Pipeline Generation and Execution Discipline: Proactively build new pipeline within your assigned Book of Business, maintain precise forecasting, identify coverage gaps, and uphold clean CRM data discipline.
- Shape Commercial Strategy and Stakeholder Mapping: Map out senior enterprise stakeholders, build targeted engagement plans, and translate unique customer operational pain points into actionable cross-functional strategies.
- Deliver Value-Driven Demos and Assets: Master and deliver high-quality, tailored product demonstrations, ROI models, business cases, and executive-ready proposal decks that clearly articulate Deliverect's commercial value.
- Foster Team Impact and Expand Senior Networks: Mentor peers by sharing deal strategies and best practices, championing high execution standards, and elevating Deliverect's credibility across your professional network.

What you will bring:
- 6–8+ years of proven experience in enterprise SaaS, FoodTech sales, strategic accounts, or international business development, or equivalent work experience.
- Documented success in generating robust sales pipelines and converting high-value, complex enterprise deals.
- Deep technical and commercial fluency with modern digital ordering ecosystems, including APIs, POS integrations, AI capabilities, and transaction routing.
- Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with a knack for presenting technical solutions to non-technical C-suite stakeholders.
- A highly collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to confidently navigate ambiguity and align cross-functional product and commercial teams.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as required to meet clients and support international account alignment.
