Location: Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire Hybrid
Salary: £27,500 plus annual bonus of up to 10%
About You
We are interested in candidates from a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds. Your specific degree subject is less important than your ability to demonstrate a genuine interest in research, analysis, and problem-solving.
You should have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical ability
- A genuine interest in researching and interpreting detailed information
- The ability to produce clear, accurate written reports
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence managing several priorities and deadlines
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- A degree or equivalent experience in any relevant discipline

The Opportunity
We are recruiting an International Account Manager to join a growing team that supports businesses with environmental compliance across Europe and beyond.
This is a varied, customer-facing position combining account management, international research, legislation, and report writing. It would suit someone who is naturally curious, enjoys investigating unfamiliar subjects, and can turn complex information into clear, practical guidance for clients.
Previous environmental compliance experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
The Role

As an International Account Manager, you will:
- Manage your own portfolio of international clients
- Research and interpret environmental legislation in different countries
- Produce clear compliance reports and practical client guidance
- Liaise with overseas partners and regulatory bodies
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Support clients with registrations, data submissions, and compliance requirements
- Attend client meetings and assist with new business opportunities
