Arabic-Speaking Arbitration Associate
London | 3-6+ PQE | Hybrid | Market Leading Compensation
An excellent opportunity for an international arbitration lawyer to join a highly regarded specialist disputes practice in London. Fluency in Arabic is a key requirement for this position, alongside strong experience in complex commercial and/or investment arbitration.
The role will suit an arbitration lawyer who is looking to work on sophisticated international disputes, with the opportunity to take on significant responsibility and work closely with leading practitioners and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing case theory and strategy across complex international arbitration matters.
- Drafting written submissions and overseeing work undertaken by more junior lawyers.
- Conducting detailed legal research and analysis across complex legal and factual issues.
- Assisting with the preparation of witness and expert evidence.
- Working with clients, witnesses, experts, tribunals and opposing counsel throughout the life of a matter.

Candidate Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential. Arabic language capability will be a major part of the role.
- 3-6+ PQE with strong experience in international arbitration.
- Experience of complex commercial and/or investment arbitration.
- Excellent academic background and strong written advocacy skills.
- The ability to analyse sophisticated legal and factual issues and communicate effectively with international clients and stakeholders.
