Our client, a top US law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced and professional Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office – working in their International Arbitration team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest law firms in the world with more than 40 offices across key capital cities and financial centres. You will be part of an experienced and forward-thinking team, working closely with a leading Partner and Fee-Earners.

As the successful Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

  • Maintaining case files and databases, ensuring accurate handling of information
  • Assisting with the review and drafting of legal documents
  • Conducting in-depth and complex legal research
  • Coordinating/liaising with clients, experts and Counsel
  • Assisting with the preparing of materials for large-scale International Arbitrations
  • Providing support for meetings and clients presentations

To be considered for this new Paralegal opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following:

  • Have a completed LLB/GDL
  • Have prior experience in Arbitration, Litigation or the Energy sector
  • Be able to commute to the London office on a regular basis
  • Be proficient in legal drafting and document management systems (ideally iManage)
