Job Description:
Salary on offer is £38-£45K + Benefits
This role provides vital analytical and administrative support for Mars, Inc.’s International Benefit Plans (IBP), specifically serving our internationally mobile Associates globally. Managing benefits for a diverse global footprint means no two Associates' circumstances are the same. You will ensure data integrity across our retirement plans, challenge payroll anomalies, and directly support our global P&O, Rewards, and S&F teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Integrity & Database Management:
- Maintain accurate employment, pay, and benefit records for IBP members in the team database, reconciling regularly with Workday.
- Resolve incomplete or incorrect data from global business units with persistent, collaborative follow-up.

Retirement Plan Administration:
- Own the complex year-round maintenance and interest calculations for the International Associates’ Retirement Plan (IARP).
- Standardize data across different countries, currencies, and pay frequencies to produce annual benefit statements.

Mobility & Contract Alignment:
- Coordinate with the Global Mobility Team to obtain Transfer Agreement Letters and local employment contracts.
- Identify non-standard clauses to ensure correct benefit provisioning.

Pension Career Mapping:
- Create Pension Career History charts tracking individual Associate assignments and permanent transfers to determine the long-term impact on their benefits.

Replica Plan Support:
- Support the management of a replica final salary pension plan, including updating exchange rate models, responding to stakeholder data requests, and distributing annual benefit statements.

Payroll Liaison:
- Partner with host-country payroll administrators to obtain, review, and convert historical pay data in accordance with varying plan rules.
Skills we are looking for:
- Analytical Detail: Outstanding attention to detail with an enquiring mind to recognize and challenge data or location anomalies.
- Digital Agility: Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Word (updating/creating files and models), MS Teams, and other modern digital tools.
- Organisation: A methodical organizer who can manage complex workflows and work to tight deadlines.
- Benefits & Pension Aptitude: Prior experience with pensions or global mobility is useful, but the learning agility to quickly acquire this knowledge is essential.
