The International Benefits Analyst
The International Benefits Analyst plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of global benefits programs. This role is responsible for:

- Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Managing benefits-related invoices and purchase orders
- Ensuring accurate documentation and communications to support employee self-service
The analyst conducts regular audits to ensure data integrity and vendor billing accuracy while supporting key projects such as:
- Vendor transitions
- Policy harmonization
- Process automation
Working closely with internal HR teams, external vendors, and finance, this role ensures smooth execution, compliance, and an excellent employee experience across international benefits programs.
