Homes for Students is the UK’s largest independent provider of Student Accommodation. We are currently looking for an International Bookings Co-Ordinator to join our Sales team based in Liverpool, working 40 hours per week on a rota basis.

About the Role

As an International Bookings Co-ordinator, you will be an active and valued member of the International Bookings Team. You will manage, verify and follow up on bookings and enquiries across multiple communication channels. You will work closely with the Internal Sales Team and the Partnerships Team to communicate with international agents and students across a range of communication channels. The student experience is at the forefront of everything we do, so you'll be passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You will also need to have a clear understanding of each property’s unique selling points and key features as well as clear knowledge of our policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full time (Monday-Friday) with weekend work during peak period.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  • Manage enquiries from multiple communication channels including telephone, email, live chat and social media.
  • Contact all international students to verify their bookings.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the student accommodation market.
  • Track and monitor trends and patterns, providing feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Updating all databases accurately to allow for effective analysis.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and demonstrate flexibility when required.
  • Ensure all enquiries are followed up promptly using the most appropriate communication channels.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the booking system as well as of the properties and keep up to date with all activity throughout the year.
  • Ensure deadlines are met.
