Business Development Manager

A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support its global practice and partner group.

This senior role will play a key part in shaping and delivering international BD strategy, working closely with partners, leadership and cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, client engagement and market profile across multiple jurisdictions. It sits within a wider, global BD team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading high-value pitches, proposals and RFPs
  • Advising partners on international BD strategy and client development
  • Delivering targeted marketing and BD initiatives across corporate and disputes practices
  • Managing international events, campaigns and directory submissions
  • Line management and development of junior team members

Essential Requirements

  • Significant business development experience within a leading UK or global law firm
  • Experience at Manager level
  • Strong track record supporting senior partners in an international legal environment
  • Excellent writing, stakeholder management and project leadership skills
  • Experience operating at manager level within professional services
