Join Apple’s International Business Development team and help shape the future of Apple Services.

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic business development professional to lead partnerships with carriers, video operators, retailers, financial services, and emerging sectors in Central and Eastern Europe. You’ll play a critical role in scaling Apple’s services — including Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, iCloud, and Apple One — by building strong relationships and high-impact programs that expand reach, drive acquisition, and enhance customer engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced, and diverse team delivering exceptional partner experiences that align with the Apple brand.

DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will:

  • Lead Apple Services partnerships in Central Europe with a focus on growth, retention, and customer engagement.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies with key partners to drive significant subscriber acquisition.
  • Design and implement commercial programs and business models that align with partner and Apple objectives.
  • Negotiate strategic agreements with mobile carriers, Pay TV operators, video providers, retailers, and finance partners in emerging verticals.
  • Advocate for partner needs internally and oversee execution with cross-functional teams including legal, engineering, and marketing.
  • Lead executive-level partner meetings and internal business reviews to align on performance and opportunity areas.
  • Deliver presentations and business reviews to large groups of senior leaders, both internally and externally, ensuring alignment and buy-in at the highest levels.
  • Support integration efforts, ensuring partners are successfully onboarded into Apple’s Services platforms.
  • Manage commercial relationships post-launch, including performance analysis, contract renewals, and ongoing optimization.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
