Pallite
Pallite is a rapidly growing designer and manufacturer of a range of sustainable logistics products, including the unique PIX™ storage range. In recent years, the company has established a strong presence in the US and EU, with plans to expand in Asia in early 2027. There are plans to further develop the company’s overseas capacity in new markets across the Americas and Asia.
This role has been created to help drive Pallite’s sales in the Americas. The role will be based at PALLITE's UK office in Wellingborough with a requirement for frequent long-haul travel.
The initial focus will be on the USA and Canada, supporting both the CEO and VP Sales, before transitioning to a development role, breaking ground in new territories (Central, South America).

- Conduct Market Research across North, Central and South America identifying target customers, distributors, and suppliers.
- Having identified potential leads, make initial contact and establish opportunities.
- Maintain PALLITE CRM system (Salesforce) with relevant information on prospects and customers; add sales orders to company ERP system and provide timely and considered sales forecasts to support efficient production planning.
- Act as key point of contact for existing and potential customers and distributors/agents.
- Develop and cost written proposals based on customer requirements.
- Regular visits to overseas territories; attend customer sites, as appropriate, to offer on-site product training / support; visit sales and manufacturing facilities.
- Act as Quality Champion, ensuring any issues are identified, investigated, and reported.
- Develop role to become recognized product expert.
- Attend Trade Shows and Exhibitions as required.
- Produce regular reports as required by the business.

REQUIREMENTS
- Educated to Degree level (Business Administration, Marketing, or similar discipline).
- Strong IT skills (use of CRM, MS Office, ZoomInfo).
- Demonstrable track record of new business development; overseas experience an advantage (not a necessity).
- Demonstrable record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Highly self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Highly presentable - verbal and written.
- Numerate, and with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in solutions sales preferred.
- Team player.
- Spanish / Portuguese language desirable (not essential); high degree of cultural awareness.
- Able and prepared to travel extensively (US and other territories as required).
