Join a fully remote, mission-driven team working at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and global sales. In this strategic role, you’ll manage and optimize an international network of 40+ distributors across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. You’ll own the international sales plan and play a key role in driving distributor performance, revenue growth, and market expansion. The role combines partner management, commercial negotiations, sales operations, and strategic planning across multiple markets. You’ll work closely with regional sales leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen partnerships and identify new opportunities. With up to 40% international travel, this is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in healthcare while shaping a global distribution ecosystem.

Accountabilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 40+ international distributors in close collaboration with regional sales leadership across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.
  • Own the international sales plan and contribute to achieving sales objectives by maximizing distribution network performance outside the US and Canada.
  • Source, qualify, vet, and recruit new distribution partners, leading commercial negotiations through contracting and onboarding.
  • Manage distributor contracts and renewals, ensuring key commercial terms are clearly communicated to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Lead distributor onboarding, certification, enablement, and ongoing education in collaboration with international success, sales operations, and knowledge teams.
  • Develop and manage a distributor certification program designed to drive consistent performance and partner capability across markets.
  • Keep distributors informed about sales tools, pricing, collateral, product updates, and other resources required to support successful selling.
  • Lead quarterly distributor meetings covering product updates, marketing resources, pipeline reviews, and commercial priorities.
  • Own in-person international distributor update meetings and participate in international conferences and industry events.
  • Establish and manage distributor performance programs using KPIs, data, and partner scorecards.
  • Work with regional sales leaders to improve performance against quarterly and annual goals and implement corrective action plans where required.
  • Support international regulatory activities, including new market entry tracking and maintaining registrations in active markets.
  • Collaborate with the international sales team on strategic customer accounts, key opportunities, and tenders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
