About Cegos
Cegos Group is a global leader in Learning & Development, with nearly a century of expertise in transforming how people and organizations grow. With 1,400 employees and 3,000 partner consultants, we train over 250,000 professionals worldwide each year.
Our UK team, based in West London, forms part of this international group. We’re around 35–40 people here in London (plus a few in the US), working with enterprise clients such as Amazon, Airbus, Siemens, and Savills. Our UK entity contributes to a group turnover of approximately £250 million, with a distinctly collaborative, creative, and people-focused culture.
Our Culture
Cegos is employee-owned, and that spirit runs through everything we do. The team is made up of smart, authentic people who genuinely care about doing great work together. It’s an open, trusting, and autonomous environment; No micromanagement, light-touch leadership, and a belief that people perform best when they’re empowered.
Our West London office (nearest tubes: Hammersmith, Goldhawk Road, Ravenscourt Park) is a vibrant and creative space, complete with a design studio, bar area, and social atmosphere. It’s not a “work-late” culture, we focus on outcomes, not hours. People here have lives, hobbies, and families and we trust them to balance those well.
We’re proud of our diverse, creative mix of people, from L&D specialists to animators, designers, and strategists. Everyone is valued for their individuality, energy, and integrity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
