International Client Relationship Manager – Property & Lettings (Singapore & Asia) 🌏
📍 Sale, Greater Manchester | Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days home
💷 £28,000 per annum
🕐 Full-time | Monday–Friday
Do you know property, but find that the part you enjoy most is actually dealing with people?
We’re looking for someone to become the link between our UK property team, our team in Singapore and our international property-owner clients across Singapore and the wider Asian market.
This isn't a traditional Property Manager role.
You won't be spending your day arranging contractors, carrying out inspections or managing a maintenance inbox.
Instead, you'll use your understanding of UK residential lettings and property management to make sure our international clients know exactly what's happening with their properties.
You'll speak to the team on the ground, understand the position, get the answers you need and communicate them clearly back to our clients and colleagues in Singapore.
Put simply: you'll make sure everyone knows what's going on.
What will you actually be doing? 💬
You'll become a key point of contact for our international clients and Singapore team.
That will include:
- Providing clear, proactive updates on clients' UK properties.
- Working closely with our lettings and property management team to understand what's happening on the ground.
- Explaining where a property is within the lettings journey – from marketing and viewings through to offers, referencing, tenancy agreements and move-in.
- Helping international clients understand UK lettings processes, requirements and timescales.
- Providing updates throughout existing tenancies and property management matters.
- Following up internally when information or action is outstanding.
- Taking ownership of client questions from beginning to end.
- Managing expectations when there are delays, works or issues to resolve.
- Making sure actions and conversations don't get lost between different teams.
- Building genuine, long-term relationships with property owners.
- Helping us continually improve the experience we provide to our international clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This role isn't about forwarding an email from one person to another.
We want someone who will understand the question, find out what's happening, make sense of the answer and communicate it properly.
Who are we looking for?
Some previous experience in residential lettings or property management would be ideal.
You could currently be working as a:
- Property Manager
- Lettings Negotiator
- Lettings Coordinator
- Tenancy Manager
- Property Administrator
- Client Services Executive
- Landlord Relationship Manager
You don't need to know everything.
What matters is that you understand the fundamentals of the UK lettings journey and can confidently talk a client through what's happening with their property.
You'll probably be someone who...
- Is a genuinely good communicator – both written and verbal.
- Likes speaking to clients and building relationships.
- Is organised and good at keeping on top of multiple conversations.
- Takes ownership rather than waiting for someone else to deal with something.
- Is comfortable chasing colleagues for an answer when needed.
- Can take property terminology and explain it in normal language.
- Stays calm and professional when something hasn't gone to plan.
- Enjoys working closely with other people rather than operating in isolation.
- Understands that great client service often comes down to keeping people properly informed.
Experience working with Singaporean clients or businesses, or clients elsewhere in Asia, would be a real advantage.
An understanding of the professional culture, communication styles and expectations when working across the UK, Singapore and wider Asian markets would also be really valuable.
Most importantly, you need to like working as part of a team.
You'll work closely with our UK property team and our colleagues in Singapore, so this role suits someone who naturally communicates, collaborates and gets involved.

Why might this role suit you?
You might already work in property but have realised that the bit you're particularly good at isn't organising maintenance or carrying out inspections.
It's people.
You enjoy speaking to landlords. You like solving their questions. You're good at explaining what's happening. And you get satisfaction from making sure a client feels properly looked after.
If that sounds familiar, this role gives you the opportunity to use the property knowledge you've already built while moving into a much more client and relationship-focused position.
