International Commercial Assistant
Ready to take the next step in your career? As a Commercial Assistant for our International region, you’ll work on high impact initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, and help scale one of the most exciting growth phases in our company’s history.
The International Commercial Assistant provides critical administrative and operational support to the Commercial Operations, EU Distributor Markets, Market Expansion and Market Access teams. This role serves as a key coordinator for business activities, ensuring efficient execution of day-to-day operations through calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, meeting logistics, purchase order administration, and budget tracking. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities across a fast-paced, international business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Market Expansion, Commercial Operations and Market Access leadership and team members.
- Manage complex calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room reservations, agendas, meeting materials, audio visual requirements, catering, attendee communications, and logistics.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents as needed.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, visas, and itineraries.
- Prepare, submit, and track expense reports in compliance with company policies.
- Manage end-to-end meeting planning and logistics for team meetings, workshops, off-sites, and business reviews.

Experience
- Demonstrated administrative support experience, executive assistant experience, or a related role.
- Experience supporting multiple teams and stakeholders in a matrixed organization preferred.
- Experience supporting commercial, sales, market access, healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical organizations is a plus.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision.

This role is to be hybrid out of our London office in Hammersmith.
