Job Title: International Commercial Development Manager
Salary: Up to £65K plus commission & benefits
Location: Agile (travel as required)
Type: Permanent, full-time role
What You'll Do
As a cross-border sales specialist within the Evri Premium Sales function, you'll be responsible for identifying and winning new international business opportunities while supporting the wider sales organisation with specialist expertise and market insight. You'll play a key role in strengthening our international proposition and ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience from prospecting through to implementation and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end international sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities progress efficiently towards closure.
- Inspire and support sales teams in identifying and winning international business opportunities.
- Work with Sales Management to maintain a healthy pipeline in both volume and value.
- Enhance international product knowledge across the wider sales community.
- Identify proposition gaps and collaborate with carrier management teams to improve the customer offering.
- Drive solutions that reduce implementation timelines and accelerate client onboarding.
- Partner with international customer service teams to ensure excellent post-launch support.
- Monitor the performance of new customers to ensure they're trading in line with expectations.
- Contribute to company-wide projects and strategic initiatives.
- Support the development of international sales and product strategies.
- Work closely with Marketing to enhance client-facing proposition materials and sales collateral.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced international sales professional with a strong background in cross-border e-commerce and logistics.
Essential Experience & Knowledge
- Extensive experience within International E-Commerce and Logistics.
- Proven track record of international business development and account management.
- Experience selling into the International B2B/C cross-border market.
- Confidence presenting and selling at board level.
- Strong understanding of international customer needs, market trends, and customer experience drivers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results at pace.
