Join the International TV team who are responsible for Apple’s TV business (TV and TV App), driving overall revenue and subscriber growth, curating and managing the TV app experience, programming and editorialising while striving to acquire, engage, and retain subscribers for Apple TV and our partners.
DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an industry expert with a blend of strategic thinking and strong commercial acumen, with a proven track record in creating and delivering initiatives to drive revenue and LTV. You will first and foremost be responsible for taking revenue generation projects from conception to implementation for Apple TV across over 100 International markets (ex. US). You will also work in close collaboration with our Business Development team and Local Market teams to strategise and assess new partnership and distribution opportunities, as well as finding new, innovative ways to go to market and drive awareness and adoption of Apple TV. In this role you will sit as both part of the International team based in London, but also have a strong link into the Global team in California so you are in a position to champion local initiatives for roadmap prioritisation and clearly communicate and roll-out Global initiatives to best effect in International markets.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven background in digital media and/or TV, with a substantial proportion spent in Commercial or Strategy functions
- Hands on experience working across subscription lifecycle (acquisition, engagement, retention, and LTV optimisation) within SVOD, streaming or Pay TV environment
- A commercial, data-driven and analytical mindset, with proven experience developing, sizing and prioritising business cases for new initiatives to drive business growth
- Strong understanding of the global streaming landscape including key industry players, platform dynamics, distribution models, and industry trends
- Collaborative stakeholder management skills within large, complex, or matrixed organisations, with the flexibility to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Track record of driving measurable top-line subscriber growth, revenue, or retention projects across multiple international territories
- Compelling communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesise complex data into clear strategic narrative for executive audience
- Experience prioritising commercial roadmaps across culturally and commercially diverse international markets
- Genuine passion for premium storytelling in TV and film, with active use of streaming platforms and services (particularly Apple TV)
