Role Overview
Goal of function: The International Commercial Marketing Lead as part of the CBS department bridges the Business Units product marketing with the commercial country requirements. The department is responsible for leading the global commercial marketing strategy to achieve business objectives and ensure alignment across regions and stakeholders, driving segmentation, targeting and omnichannel programs by translating global direction into actionable initiatives, and partnering with cross-functional and regional leaders to shape priorities and translate enterprise strategy into clear global marketing direction that enables effective local adaptation and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall CE brand positioning: Defining the value story of our overall partnership capabilities beyond the pure product messaging.
- Market engagement: Including launch excellence, ensuring the commercial country readiness of new products and data driven segmentation and targeting guidance for maximum impact in close alignment with the countries.
- Marketing execution: The implementation, execution and monitoring impact of marketing campaigns in collaboration with the countries.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop segmentation and targeting strategies using customer insights and analytics
- Optimize product mix to improve profitability across regions and customer segments
- Use CRM data to track execution, measure impact, and drive commercial priorities
- Create clinically credible and commercially effective customer-facing assets
- Enable consistent omnichannel execution across digital, sales, distributors, and clinical education channels
- Ensure messaging aligns with clinical evidence, product claims, and value propositions
- Monitor campaign performance and implement continuous improvements
- Lead and align global, regional, and country marketing teams
- Promote best practice sharing and partner closely with regional sales leaders
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global marketing team
- Foster accountability, collaboration, innovation, and results-oriented execution
- Lead the annual global marketing planning process with defined KPIs and priorities
- Align local market plans with global strategy and ensure launch readiness
- Track commercial performance and implement corrective actions when needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, legal requirements, and the compliance framework
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of strategic marketing experience within MedTech or healthcare
- Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Proven success in commercial marketing, product launches, commercial excellence, segmentation, analytics, and product positioning, with expertise in developing data-driven targeting and growth strategies
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with experience leveraging CRM and digital marketing tools to drive commercial performance, product portfolio optimization, and profitability
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, sales enablement, customer engagement, and the medical device environment, including regulatory requirements, reimbursement models, purchasing behaviors, claims limitations, and compliance expectations
- Excellent analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to translate data, market insights, and financial performance into actionable commercial recommendations, and to lead through influence in complex global matrix organizations
- Willingness to travel internationally and work across global time zones when required
