Role Description
The International Communications Representative is a full-time remote role responsible for engaging prospects and customers across global markets on behalf of Voicentric’s clients. Day-to-day tasks include:

Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with international business clients.
- Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, customer outreach, or B2B lead generation, preferably in a scientific or technical field.
- Comfort working with CRM or contact management tools, and ability to maintain accurate call and lead records.
- Excellent listening, questioning, and relationship-building skills to qualify needs and identify opportunities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet activity and performance targets.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage for international communication.
- Solid computer literacy and comfort working with online communication and collaboration tools.
