International Coordinator

Reports to: Head of Supply & Operations/Operations Manager
Location: UK-based, Remote
Compensation: Competitive basic + benefits
The Role
Support our international customers and distributors as our International Coordinator, working across order management, customer requirements, export documentation, and product registration. You will work closely with international customers, internal teams, and our 3PL warehouse to ensure orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and customer requirements are met. This is a varied, detail-focused role within our growing Supply & Operations team, needing someone organised, proactive, and comfortable managing a range of tasks and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage international order processing and daily invoicing, ensuring orders are processed accurately and within required timescales.
- Manage the international sales order tracker, ensuring all orders are planned and monitored through to shipment, so they are dispatched in the required month and support delivery of the monthly sales forecast.
- Proactively follow up with the 3PL warehouse and internal teams on any orders at risk of missing their required shipment date.
- Act as the first point of contact for any customer order discrepancies that may arise, working closely with the 3PL warehouse and internal teams to investigate, resolve, and manage any related account adjustments.
- Manage international customer requirements, paperwork, and queries, working closely with relevant internal teams and the 3PL warehouse.
- Lead on product registration for countries where registration is required, ensuring existing registrations remain up to date.
- Manage product registration requirements for new product development (NPD) and product changes.
- Obtain and track proof of export documentation for international orders, ensuring documentation is correctly filed.
- Prepare Certificates of Origin (COO) and other required export documentation.
- Own and maintain international customer order form templates, ensuring new SKUs, pricing, and product changes are accurately reflected.
- Maintain accurate records and proactively follow up on outstanding actions to ensure customer and business requirements are met.

What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in an international customer service, supply chain, logistics, export, or order management role.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, confident working with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and customer requirements.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion.
- Good Excel / Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with international trade, export documentation, or product registration would be advantageous.
