Working hours: This role is available on a part-time, job-share or full-time basis

Location: London, Hybrid

Closing date for applications: 14th August 2026

The opportunity:

This role sits within our wider Zurich Corporate Life & Pensions business area, which brings together Zurich’s employee benefits capabilities globally, spanning a broad domestic offering, specialist cross-border solutions for internationally mobile employees, and our market-leading network coordinating global programs for multinationals.

Serving over 60,000 customers – from the largest multinationals to local organisations and SMEs – we combine local expertise with global capabilities to deliver tailored protection, savings and retirement solutions that empower employers and their people.

Our team operates across the UK, Isle of Man and key international hubs, with a focus on growth through strong financial performance, innovation, and expansion. Our offering covers international savings and protection products that can help employers maintain critical employee benefits for overseas and internationally mobile employees. We understand the problems employers face in providing consistent benefits and the need to build resilience for a globally diverse workforce.

Many of our employees work flexibly in a variety of different ways, including part-time, flexible hours, job share, an element of working from home or compressed hours. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time. Please talk to us at interview about the flexibility you may need.

What will you be doing?

As an International Corporate Benefits Executive, you will act as a trusted consultant and strategic partner to Employee Benefit Consultants (EBCs), corporate clients and strategic partners, helping them navigate the complexities of employee benefits and International Group Risk Solutions. You will be responsible for driving strategic relationships, developing new business enquiries whilst retaining and growing the existing portfolio.

Working across International Group Life and Group Income Protection along with additional value-added services you will use your market knowledge and commercial insight to understand clients' objectives, identify challenges, and develop tailored recommendations that support both their employees and wider business goals. You will engage in meaningful consultative discussions with Employee Benefit Consultants, specialist advisers, strategic partners and directly with employers, challenging where appropriate and providing expert insights and guidance to ensure the most suitable outcomes are achieved. The role involves developing long-term strategic international relationships, understanding customer needs, and creating value-based solutions engaging with people globally.

We are looking for strong sales and relationship skills and experience, collaboration and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across both external and internal networks. You will work closely with Commercial, underwriting, Group, Legal, Operations and other Zurich specialist teams to shape solutions, resolve complex issues and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
