Day to day:
Insight Global is seeking a Digital Media Buyer to support the International Media Services team for one of our top clients in the media space. They will support across sponsorship and marketing across its global portfolio of festival and venue websites in over 50 markets. The role focuses on delivering multi-channel digital campaigns, including social amplification and first-party data audience extension across owned and operated networks. This role will blend hands-on execution and team mentorship, managing a small team of media buyers, guiding them through campaign setup, optimisation and reporting. There is additional responsibility for creating best-in-class media plans that answer client objectives.

Must Haves:
- 2-3 years' experience in digital media buying within sponsorship (ideally across multiple markets)
- Expertise of paid social media (demonstratable experience using Meta Business and Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager)
- Expertise across programmatic platforms, using Google DV360 or trade desk or PubMatic
- Expertise with audience targeting, data-driven optimization, and campaign analytics
- Ability to translate campaign performance data into clear insights and storytelling for clients and partners
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Proven track record of managing and optimising multi-channel campaigns with complex stakeholder needs
