International Service Engineer
Spalding, Lincolnshire
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
Up to £50,000 Basic (£60,000+ with overtime and allowances)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to join a growing engineering business, supporting customers with the installation, servicing, and maintenance of specialist machinery.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking to move away from a traditional factory maintenance role and get involved with a varied position including fault finding, breakdown support, installations, and international travel.

The role will involve:
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding on specialist machinery
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Installation and commissioning of equipment
- Supporting customers with breakdowns and technical issues
- Working independently on customer sites and overseas projects
The ideal candidate will have:
- Electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong fault finding and problem-solving skills
- Experience with inverters and programming would be advantageous
- A willingness to travel internationally for installations and servicing

The package includes:
- Salary up to £60,000 including overtime depending on experience
- Company van provided after training period
- Worldwide travel opportunities
- £50 per night allowance for servicing work
- £100 per night allowance for installation work
- £40 per day food allowance when working away
- Overtime opportunities and weekend breakdown rota once fully trained
