Our Group Financial Reporting team sits at the centre of the group’s financial control environment, responsible for statutory accounts preparation, group consolidation and technical accounting across the firm and its international entities. As the firm's international footprint grows, the team's role in translating complex multi-entity activity into accurate, timely reporting that meets statutory, regulatory and monthly investor requirements is only becoming more central. The role reports to the Head of Group Financial Reporting and you'll work closely with local international finance leads, the wider Group Financial reporting team, FP&A, Tax, Treasury and external auditors, with direct visibility of board and senior stakeholder reporting.

A look into the role
As an International Financial Reporting Senior Manager within our Group Financial Reporting team, you will:
- Take ownership of monthly international reporting for board and investor packs, collating consolidation inputs from local finance teams and articulating international business unit performance against agreed local and group strategy.
- Support the Group Financial Reporting team in assisting local finance leads and advisors in resolving technical and jurisdictional differences during local reporting implementation, and maintain a proactively managed calendar of statutory reporting obligations across international entities.
- Support the submission of statutory accounting packs from international entities, ensuring subsidiaries and acquisitions align with group accounting policies, and escalate judgemental issues to the Group Financial Reporting team where needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecasting for international entities, working with FP&A on consistency between actuals and management accounts, and support active treasury management to provide foresight of local funding requirements and opportunities.
- Champion the use of digital and AI solutions to challenge the status quo, driving continuous improvement and streamlining reporting across the international entities.

Knowing you’re right for us
Joining us as an International Financial Reporting Senior Manager, the minimum criteria you'll need is a professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA or CIPFA) with sufficient post qualification experience, and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don't worry if you don't tick every box, we'll help you develop along the way.
- Confidence to review, challenge and interpret local finance teams' reported results and be able to articulate and present these results to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards, including experience of multi-entity group consolidation.
- Experience working in an international organisation with entities across multiple jurisdictions.
- A track record of driving continuous improvement, including the use of digital or AI tools to streamline reporting.
