FFG provides a comprehensive suite of financing solutions to leading financial sponsors and asset managers globally, including subscription finance, NAV and hybrid lending, structured credit and advisory solutions, and fund finance distribution.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an entrepreneurial and highly collaborative team at a time of significant growth and innovation across the Fund Finance market. Working alongside experienced bankers, risk professionals, and product partners, you will be exposed to a broad range of complex transactions and play an integral role in supporting some of the world's largest and most sophisticated private capital firms.

As an Analyst, you will be part of integrated deal teams responsible for originating, structuring, executing, and managing fund finance transactions. You will gain meaningful client exposure from day one, develop deep technical expertise, and contribute directly to the evolution of the Fund Finance platform.

At Wells Fargo, we value teamwork, inclusion, and partnership. You will join a supportive culture where knowledge sharing, collaboration, and professional development are encouraged, providing a strong foundation to build a successful career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct in-depth credit analysis of limited partners, investment funds, sponsors, and underlying portfolio companies.
  • Review fund and financing documentation, including LPAs, PPMs, and facility agreements, to support transaction structuring and credit underwriting.
  • Prepare detailed credit memorandums and participate in credit approval discussions.
  • Partner with senior bankers to develop client presentations, pitch materials, and strategic analysis.
  • Support the end-to-end execution of fund finance transactions, coordinating with internal stakeholders including Credit, Legal, Syndications, Treasury, Operations, Agency, and KYC teams.
  • Assist with relationship management activities for a portfolio of financial sponsors and asset managers, helping to identify opportunities and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Support ongoing portfolio management activities, including borrowing base analysis, covenant monitoring, compliance reporting, and risk assessment.
  • Contribute to broader portfolio analytics and strategic initiatives across the Fund Finance business.
  • Collaborate with partners across Financial Sponsors Coverage, Financial Institutions Group (FIG), Risk Solutions, Commercial Real Estate, and Structured Products Group to deliver comprehensive coverage and solutions for clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
