We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager, International to join our team
This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Uxbridge, England office.
Job Summary
The International Growth Marketing Manager will lead paid advertising strategy and execution across priority international markets. This role will develop localized campaigns that increase awareness, account engagement, qualified leads, and pipeline.

The role will also support international ABM programs and partner closely with the Global SEO Manager to prioritize international SEO opportunities and coordinate localized execution.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Own international paid advertising strategy, planning, execution, and optimization.
- Develop regional media plans, including market prioritization, audience targeting, channel mix, budget allocation, and campaign sequencing.
- Manage paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and programmatic.
- Localize campaign messaging, creative, landing pages, and audience strategies for international markets.
- Support international ABM strategy by helping prioritize target accounts, industries, audiences, and markets.
- Partner with the Global SEO Manager to identify international SEO priorities and support localized execution across campaigns, content, and landing pages.
- Manage international advertising budgets and provide spend recommendations based on performance and opportunity.
- Monitor campaign performance, including engagement, conversion, cost per lead, pipeline, and ROI.
- Provide international reporting, insights, and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and pipeline contribution.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, lead routing, and reporting.
- Manage external agencies and media partners supporting international programs.
- Other duties as assigned and required.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, demand generation, growth marketing, or international marketing.
- Experience managing paid advertising across multiple international markets.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic, retargeting, and account-based advertising.
- Experience with ABM, audience targeting, campaign localization, and budget optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and experience connecting advertising performance to pipeline and revenue.
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or healthcare technology preferred.
- Familiarity with Demandbase, Salesforce, marketing automation, SEO, and advertising analytics platforms is a plus.
