An international financial services business is looking to appoint an experienced International Head of Tax to lead its UK and wider international tax agenda.
This is a high-profile, hands-on opportunity with responsibility across the UK, Europe and Asia-Pacific, working closely with US Tax, Finance, Legal, HR and senior leadership.
The role will cover:
- Leading UK and international tax reporting, provisioning and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Current and deferred tax, statutory reporting and financial statement disclosures
- Tax reconciliations, controls and data quality
- International corporate tax and permanent establishment matters
- Transfer pricing documentation and group policy implementation
- Tax audits, enquiries and wider tax risk management
- Management of external tax advisors and associated budgets
- Tax input into M&A, restructuring and new market entry
- Process improvement, automation and tax technology
- Acting as a trusted tax business partner to Finance and the wider business

What we're looking for:
We're keen to speak with qualified tax professionals (ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent) who bring strong experience across UK corporate tax, international tax and tax accounting/reporting.
Experience across multiple jurisdictions, US GAAP/IFRS/UK GAAP, transfer pricing, tax provisioning and working with external advisors would be highly valuable.
