International Demand Generation and Field Marketing Manager

About The Role
The International Demand Generation and Field Marketing Manager is responsible for driving pipeline growth across assigned international regions through the development and execution of integrated demand generation and field marketing programs. This role partners closely with regional sales teams, SDRs, product marketing, campaign marketing, and marketing operations to create targeted campaigns, events, ABM programs, and sales activation initiatives that increase engagement, accelerate opportunities, and deliver measurable revenue impact.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
- Develop and execute regional demand generation and field marketing plans aligned to pipeline, revenue, and growth objectives, translating business priorities into quarterly and annual campaign recommendations with clear audience, program, and channel strategies.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing programs including digital campaigns, webinars, ABM, nurture programs, partner programs, and field marketing initiatives, adapting global strategies to regional market needs and priorities.
- Plan and execute regional events, executive programs, customer engagements, and industry activities, driving pre- and post-event engagement strategies to maximise attendance, lead conversion, and opportunity progression.
- Partner with sales leaders, SDRs, and account teams to align marketing activity with business priorities and target accounts, attending pipeline reviews, deal reviews, and quarterly business reviews to support lead follow-up and opportunity acceleration.
- Track and analyse program performance using key metrics, providing regular reporting on ROI and making data-driven recommendations to continuously optimise spend, programs, and marketing investments for maximum business impact.
- Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to team members while operating as an innovative thought leader, contributing to overall department growth through knowledge sharing, best practice coaching, and continuous improvement.

Role Essentials
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 10 or more years in B2B marketing or dedicated field marketing experience.
- Proven record of enabling and partnering with sales teams to achieve revenue goals, with a strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and business planning.
- Demonstrated success creating and implementing marketing programs that engage new prospects, accounts, and customers across a range of tactics and technologies, delivered within budget and on time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong cross-functional project management, organisational, and multi-tasking capabilities, and a detail-focused approach.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and mobilise team members and business partners, managing multiple projects to completion with minimal oversight.

What We'd Like to See
- Experience in account-based marketing (ABM), including multi-channel digital programs such as website personalisation, gifting, and conversational email to drive target account engagement and deal acceleration.
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, with the ability to evaluate pipeline health, identify gaps and opportunities, and deliver clear, actionable insights to sales and marketing stakeholders.
- Experience managing regional marketing budgets, optimising spend to maximise ROI and achieve KPIs within the broader marketing strategy.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms to manage, report, and continuously optimise program performance.
- Knowledge of local data privacy regulations and compliance requirements relevant to field marketing activities across international markets.
