Job Description Summary

The International Imaging MI Marketing Manager is a strategic marketing leadership role, accountable for shaping and activating the growth strategy for the MI portfolio across the International region. Acting as a strategic partner to the International MI GM, this role translates product priorities, market and customer insight, and competitive dynamics into a compelling marketing strategy, value proposition, and go-to-market plan that Zones adopt and activate to win in their markets.

This is a high-visibility role for an experienced marketing professional who can operate at both strategic and executional level: setting direction on positioning, marketing priorities, and long-term planning, while also driving launch activation, campaigns, and enablement that directly impact commercial results. The role requires strong executive presence, sound business judgment, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through a complex, matrixed organization.

The role reports solid line to the International Imaging Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer (CMSO) and dotted line to the International MI GM. It partners closely with Global AIS Marketing, International Product Management, International Marcom, and Zone Marketing leadership.

Job Description

Role Summary / Purpose

The International MI Marketing Manager owns the strategy and market activation agenda that delivers profitable, sustained growth for the MI portfolio across International zones. • Act as a strategic advisor to the International MI GM, bringing an independent, market-back perspective to growth priorities, portfolio choices, and commercial trade-offs
  • Build stronger linkage between product marketing priorities, zone growth plans, market requirements, and business outcomes, ensuring the strategy holds together end to end.
  • Partner with Global AIS Marketing, International Product Management, and Zone Marketing Leaders to translate product priorities into a coherent marketing strategy zones can execute
  • Leverage market analytics and historical performance to inform planning decisions and defend where marketing investment should be directed for the best return.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
