We are seeking an experienced Indirect Markets Regional Business Unit Manager to lead one of the most diverse and strategically important regions within our international GSS business. Covering Poland, Israel, the Middle East and North Africa, South Africa and Southeast Asia, this role offers the opportunity to shape commercial strategy, accelerate market growth and expand patient access across more than 20 countries. This is a high-impact leadership position that combines commercial strategy, team leadership and international market development, making it an exciting opportunity for an ambitious leader looking to influence the future of women's health on an international scale.
What To Expect
- Lead the commercial performance of Hologic's Gynaecological Surgical Solutions business across Poland, Israel, MENA, South Africa and Southeast Asia indirect markets.
- Develop and execute strategic regional business plans that drive sustainable revenue growth, market share expansion and profitability.
- Manage, coach and develop a geographically dispersed team, building an engaged, high-performing culture across multiple countries and regions.
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributor partners, key accounts, healthcare leaders and senior decision-makers across the indirect market’s region.
- Support dealers in developing commercial opportunities, closing complex projects and accelerating adoption of the GSS portfolio.
- Analyse sales performance, market dynamics, customer insights and competitive activity to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Drive execution of business priorities through effective use of CRM tools, forecasting processes and performance management systems.
- Partner closely with marketing, market access, customer support and commercial leadership teams to deliver regional and international initiatives.
- Act as a trusted deputy for senior commercial leadership, supporting complex cross-functional projects and strategic business objectives.

What We Expect
- Proven commercial leadership experience within the within surgical medical device environments.
- Strong experience managing and developing geographically dispersed teams across multiple countries.
- Demonstrated success leading distributor networks and driving performance through indirect sales channels.
- In-depth understanding of commercial strategy, business planning, forecasting and performance management.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding commercial objectives and delivering sustainable growth.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret P&L performance, assess business risks and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at distributor, hospital and executive level.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English.
- Able to travel approximately 40-50% internationally, varying according to business requirements.

- UK - £85,000-£115,000 Gross Base Salary + Commission (OTE £127,500 - £172,500)
- Austria - €98,000-€130,000 Gross Base Salary + Commission (OTE €147,000 - €195,000)
- Belgium - €100,000-€135,000 Gross Base Salary + Commission (OTE €100,000-€135,000)
- France - €95,000-€126,000 Gross Base Salary + Commission (OTE €142,500 - €189,000)
- Germany - €100,000-€135,000 Gross Base Salary + Commission (OTE €150,000 - €202,500)
- Italy - €78,000-€105,000 Gross Base Salary + Commission (OTE €117,000 - €157,500)
- Netherlands - €100,000-€135,000 Gross Base Salary + Commission (OTE €150,000 - €202,500)
- Spain - €77,000-€100,000 Gross Base Salary + Commission (OTE €77,000-€100,000)
- United Arab Emirates - 448,000 AED-600,000 AED Gross Base Salary + Commission (OTE 672,000 AED - 900,000 AED)
- Singapore – 183,000 SGD-245,000 SGD Gross Base Salary + Commission (OTE 256,200 SGD - 343,000 SGD)
In addition to a competitive OTE, high achievers have the opportunity to earn above the OTE through exceptional sales performance. The final offer will depend on experience, skills, and alignment with internal pay structures. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including pension and insurances.
