The Company:
A successful manufacturer of inkjet inks, dedicated to quality and excellent customer service, committed to delivering reliable and innovative solutions to international clients. Part of a wider global group. Seeking a new Sales Manager due to company growth and changes in company structure.
The Role:
- Drive international sales, identify new markets, develop key accounts, and provide technical support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Ensure customer needs are met by coordinating with R&D and other departments and implementing effective solutions.
- Stay on top of industry trends and gather valuable market insights.
- Proactive search of growth opportunities.
- Track sales performance, sales forecasts, and KPIs.

Requirements:
- Industry Experience: B2B international sales, inkjet technology, and inkjet inks knowledge.
- Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: Entrepreneurial spirit, customer-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a small team and within international environment.
