We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as Territory Manager — International, Luxury Hospitality & Wellness Sales — Pilates Commercial, based remotely in the UK. iFIT is expanding its premium Pilates product line into key European markets. This is an entrepreneurial hunter role for someone ready to build the European business from the early stages — opening accounts, establishing brand presence, and growing revenue with the backing of a world-class product and a global team behind you.
Role Commitments
- Own and build the luxury hospitality and wellness vertical through the key European market — identifying, targeting, and closing high-value hotel, resort, spa, and wellness property accounts.
- Establish iFIT Pilates as the preferred reformer solution for premium fitness and wellness amenities at leading European four- and five-star properties.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of flagship accounts with the potential to serve as showcase installations and reference sites for iFIT's international go-to-market strategy.
- Build and nurture relationships with procurement, spa, and fitness decision-makers at premier hospitality brands and wellness groups in the region.
- Represent iFIT at key European wellness, hospitality, and Pilates industry events — building brand presence and deal flow in the right channels.
- Drive subscription-based sales models alongside hardware, ensuring successful adoption and growth across the European customer base.

- Identify and prioritize a target account list of luxury hotel groups, independent five-star properties, destination resorts, and spa management companies across the European market.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and site visits through proposal, negotiation, and installation coordination — with a strong bias for closing.
- Navigate local market dynamics, client expectations, business practices, and procurement processes across the European market.
- Develop and execute vertical-specific sales strategies focused on ROI and how luxury fitness amenities are purchased and operated in the region.
- Secure premium placements of the full NordicTrack Ultra line — including the Ultra 1 Reformer and Ultra series treadmills — in key accounts across the territory.
- Create bespoke proposals and commercial packages tailored to European hospitality buyers, including equipment configuration, iFIT membership integration, and ongoing service support.
- Collaborate with Operations and Member Services to ensure white-glove installation, onboarding, and ongoing support standards that match the expectations of luxury hospitality partners.
- Maintain an accurate and detailed CRM pipeline, providing regular forecasting and account updates to the Global Director.
- Attend and represent iFIT at key European industry events including ISPA, European boutique fitness summits, and major Pilates conferences.
- Identify adjacent verticals within the wellness real estate space including luxury residential buildings, wellness-focused co-living developments, boutique fitness studios, and private clubs.
- Partner with Marketing and Product to develop region-specific collateral and demo experiences that resonate with European buyers.
- Work alongside the core Pilates team to support Pilates education programs that complement sales goals in the region.
Education & Experience
Education and Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
- 4+ years of B2B outside sales experience in fitness, wellness, luxury hospitality, or luxury goods.
- Based in the UK with strong working knowledge of the local luxury hospitality landscape.
- Fluency in English required; French fluency strongly preferred for candidates based in..
- Demonstrated ability to manage a territory independently and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Genuine knowledge of the Pilates discipline including reformer methodology, studio culture, and the competitive equipment landscape.
- Familiarity with CRM tools; Salesforce preferred.
- Ability to travel regularly within the territory and occasionally internationally.

Preferred Qualifications
- An existing network of relationships with procurement, spa, and fitness decision-makers at major hotel brands such as Four Seasons, Aman, Rosewood, and European luxury resort groups.
- Experience as a Pilates instructor, studio owner, or senior figure in the Pilates industry — someone who can speak to the category authentically.
- A personal aesthetic and professional presence that resonates in luxury European environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building something new without a fully established playbook, and excited by the opportunity to shape a new market.
- Experience selling premium equipment or technology into fitness, spa, or hospitality settings with an understanding of capital expenditure cycles and amenity budget structures.
- Cultural awareness and comfort navigating international client relationships across the European market.
