Working within our International Marketing team, you will be an integral part of the NPD and Heritage team to deliver a high-level of support, enabling the team to deliver their key objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on the complex diary and meeting management for the NPD Leadership Team
  • Complex travel management which includes visas, transportation, flights and accommodation and managing the travel tracker in terms of current and forecasted spend
  • Lead on new supplier contract set-ups including assessing terms and conditions with the internal procurement teams to ensure compliance.
  • Office management- maintaining the International Marketing office environment by liaising with facilities and Biztech to ensure the area is presentable and has the adequate technology and supplies in place for the team to be most productive
  • Event management – organising logistics for team away days and external events
  • SAP- Raising receipting, Raising purchase orders, managing cross charges, managing supplier issues, supporting other members of the team with the ECC system and working closely with the Finance Hub and local finance teams to ensure timely payment of invoices and supplier set-ups
  • Manage the NDA database, ensuring information is correct and up to date
  • Manage the recognition and gifting tasks such as vouchers, gift bags, and e-cards
  • Ensure that new starters are adequately onboarded, ensuring mandatory training such as GDPR and IT Security is organised and delivered within timescales
  • General printing tasks with support from the Print Room and Facilities, and managing the postal/courier tracker in terms of current and forecasted spend and manage re-charges
  • Covering tasks for the other team EA when absent
  • Supporting the team regarding Royal Warrant tasks; this includes applications, payments and general enquiries
  • Media- support with collating images and setting up interviews with media outlets
  • Working with the archivist and historian with ad hoc generalist support
  • Working closely with the Director of Corporate Relations in setting up and maintaining company archives
  • Supporting the Heritage team with the Mastery at Twinings Programme
  • Crisis management support as required
  • Year end- work with local finance team to close off outstanding PO’s and finance tasks
  • Ad hoc support with research tasks
