We're looking for an International Marketing Lead to own field marketing and regional campaign execution across EMEA and APAC, with priority on the UK, Benelux, the Nordics, Australia, and Singapore. You'll run regional events end to end, adapt global campaigns for local relevance, and partner with Demand Generation, Content, and regional Sales to turn field activity into pipeline.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Own regional pipeline generation and acceleration targets, planning backwards from ARR goals.
- Own the field marketing strategy and calendar across EMEA and APAC, prioritising the UK, Benelux, the Nordics, Australia, and Singapore.
- Plan and execute regional events end to end, from major conferences and trade shows to intimate dinners, roadshows, and customer and partner meetups, including co-sponsored activity with Partner Marketing.
- Localise and adapt global campaigns, messaging, and content for regional relevance, working with Content and Social to keep voice and brand consistent.
- Partner closely with Demand Generation to align field activity with always-on and paid campaigns so events feed pipeline goals rather than sitting apart from them.
- Work with regional Sales leaders to build account-based marketing plays and account-level event strategies for target countries.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and event logistics, tracking spend against pipeline and ROI.
- Track and report on field marketing performance across pipeline sourced and influenced, cost per opportunity, and event ROI, and use that data to shape future investment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
