The International Markets Marketing Support & Administrator works within the team responsible for delivering Twinings and Ovaltine brands to over 100 markets all around the world, making them relevant to a very wide range of consumers. It’s a diverse and dynamic environment where you work with people from different nationalities and backgrounds. There’s plenty of cross-border collaboration – so it’s vital that you are adaptable and proactive, looking to broaden your horizons, and able to get things done through good working relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • NPD Development
  • Day to Day management / Gate management
  • Manage internal comms with NPD tea
  • Pack copy development and translations
  • Brief Design Agency
  • Engage with Distributors to translate pack copy
  • Provide necessary info for the approval of the NPD with the local authorities
  • NPD Implementation
  • Develop POSM (translations, brief, implementation)
  • Develop key visuals (images, pack shot, promo materials)
  • Follow- up on NPD implementation + promo execution
  • Measure and report NPD performance
  • Marketing Reporting
  • Plan and coordinate the creation of reporting presentations using Nielsen Market Data to ensure the team is clear on brand performance
  • Plan, monitor, accrue, actualise A&P (and as part of this raise POs/WBS elements etc)
  • Internal systems set up processes: e.g. suppliers, customers (distributors) set ups and updates, price updates etc
  • Compliance
  • ABC review, annual renewal of folders, tracking and leading timely procedures to ensure TwO partners are compliant with ABC policies
  • Ethical sourcing review, ensuring suppliers database is up to date and suppliers compliant with TwO processes
  • QMP/CEP process, complaints tracking, co-ordinate communication with related departments
  • Team Support
  • Helping to support the Team Assistant with organising the team and ways of working
