Who We’re Looking For:

The International Marketplace Manager (6 month contract) will own and drive Therabody’s European marketplace strategy and performance across key marketplace platforms, excluding Amazon. This role is responsible for building and executing the marketplace expansion strategy, driving profitable growth, strengthening brand representation and consistency, and ensuring operational excellence across Therabody’s key marketplace partners.

You will act as the central point of contact for marketplace commercial performance, working cross-functionally with local Sales leads, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, the global US-based DTC team, and supporting agencies. You will own and manage Therabody’s marketplace management platform, Channable, as the central portal for marketplace operations and product information, while also supporting consistent product data and digital assets across key non-marketplace e-commerce customers such as Coolblue, OTTO, and Douglas.

You will balance commercial strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using data and insights to continuously optimize marketplace performance and identify opportunities for further international expansion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international e-commerce environment and is passionate about building premium brands across third-party digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the European marketplace strategy and co-own the P&L together with (local) sales leads, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share across priority platforms (e.g. Zalando, Decathlon and regional marketplaces like Bol.com, Kaufland).
• Manage day-to-day marketplace operations (using ‘Channable’) including product listings, content quality, assortment, pricing, promotions, availability, and compliance with platform standards.
• Work with Operations to secure the implementation of effective supply / delivery (drop-shipment) solutions for the different MP’s
• Partner closely with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure best-in-class brand representation, localized content, and optimized PDPs that drive conversion.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketplace promotional calendars, including key trading moments (e.g. MP exclusives and seasonal campaigns).
• Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain and Operations to forecast demand, manage inventory health, and minimize stock risks.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Media team to optimize on-platform advertising and manage ROAS/ROMI.
• Track, analyse, and report on marketplace KPIs including sales, margin, traffic, conversion, share of voice, and customer ratings/reviews.
• Identify new marketplace opportunities and expansion potential across European markets and potentially ANZ and Canada.
• Stay up to date with marketplace trends, tools, and algorithm changes, proactively adapting strategy as needed.
• Act as the European marketplace expert within the International team, sharing insights and best practices with global stakeholders.
