Job Description
This role gives you the purview across the agency's scope of work and will help you develop the skills and experience to manage International agency clients.
- You will coordinate day-to-day delivery of Hearts & Science’s international media solutions for clients — acting as one of the essential connectors in our London-based central hub.
- As an Agent of Change, you will bring energy, curiosity and emotional intelligence to the client, network and agency team. You will help turn complexity into clarity, data into meaning and ambition into action.
- You operate at the centre of our London-led team, proactively supporting the Associate Director, Client Experience, to coordinate activities across our International hub and with local markets, using project management tools and platforms in sync with our team in the US.
- You will learn how to plan and activate digital media, supporting the agency's channel and activation specialists.

- Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
