Easyshipping Ltd is a family-run removals, storage, and international relocation company based in London. We provide professional moving solutions for private, corporate, and commercial clients across the UK and worldwide.
Our services include domestic and international removals, shipping, storage, and destination services. We work closely with customers, overseas agents, freight partners, and industry professionals to ensure every move is carefully planned, coordinated, and delivered to a high standard.
We are looking for an experienced and organised International Move Coordinator to join our growing team and take responsibility for managing international relocation and shipping enquiries from initial quotation through to completion.
The Role
As an International Move Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact for our customers and international partners. You will coordinate the full moving process, ensuring every shipment is properly planned, documented, and delivered efficiently.
You will work closely with our customers, sales and operations teams, warehouse and packing crews, overseas agents, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and destination partners.

This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple jobs, and building strong relationships with customers and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage international removal enquiries from quotation through to completion.
- Prepare accurate quotations based on inventories, surveys, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate export packing, collections, warehouse handling, and shipping arrangements.
- Liaise with customers regarding move dates, inventories, access, and specific requirements.
- Coordinate with overseas agents and destination partners for delivery and destination services.
- Arrange and monitor sea freight, air freight, FCL, and LCL shipments where required.
- Prepare and check inventories, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and other shipping documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, costs, documentation, and customer communications.
- Resolve changes, delays, access issues, and other challenges promptly and professionally.
- Assist with invoicing, payment follow-ups, and maintaining accurate job files.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in international removals, shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or a related industry.
- Good understanding of international household goods movements and shipping procedures.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
- Knowledge of customs and import/export procedures.
