Do you have international removals experience and want to build on it in the Luton area?
We're working with a removals company looking to recruit an International Moving Coordinator in Luton. The role will involve managing international household goods moves from booking through to completion, coordinating customers, crews, agents, and shipping arrangements throughout the process.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating international household goods removals from initial booking through to delivery.
- Managing customer move files and keeping removals clients updated throughout their relocation.
- Arranging collections, deliveries, shipping, and overseas destination services.
- Liaising with shipping lines, overseas agents, removals crews, and other suppliers.
- Preparing and checking export, import, and customs documentation.
- Monitoring removals schedules and dealing with any changes or issues as they arise.
- Keeping move records, documentation, and customer information up to date.

Our client is particularly interested in candidates with:
- Previous experience in international removals or household goods moving.
- Good knowledge of international move coordination and shipping processes.
- Experience handling export, import, and customs documentation.
- Confidence dealing with customers, overseas agents, and shipping contacts.
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple move files at the same time.
