Who we’re looking for

We are looking for an energetic and strategic International Partnerships Lead to drive our expansion across International schools. In this role, you will own the entire journey for prospective international schools, from the first point of contact to welcoming them as official Steplab partners.

You will act as our main advocate in the international market, combining a deep understanding of schools' needs with the drive to meet ambitious growth goals.

About Steplab

At Steplab, we are driven by one mission - empowering schools to become their best through professional development that really works. Created and run by school leaders, we utilise the best research available to enable schools to have world-leading professional development for their teams.

What will you be working on?

  • Strategic outreach: Identify and map out a target list of prospective international schools. Work closely with our marketing team to capture, evaluate, and reach out to specific leads.
  • Partnership engagement: Nurture relationships within the global education community. Represent Steplab at key international conferences and manage high-level partnerships with organisations who work closely with international schools
  • School discovery: Conduct initial discovery meetings with school leaders to understand their unique challenges, evaluate their needs, and determine if Steplab is the right fit.
  • Impactful Demonstrations: Deliver tailored demonstrations of the Steplab platform, clearly articulating our pedagogical approach and how we help solve specific problems for school leaders.
  • Manage the full partnership pipeline: You will provide clear, timely, and supportive communications, guiding schools seamlessly through their decision-making process and supporting them through to onboarding.
  • Accountability: Take ownership for growing our community of international schools by meeting or exceeding strategic partnership and adoption goals.
  • Effective use of data: Utilise internal CRM, data and operational systems to track, monitor, evaluate and report on progress

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
