Drive global change in International Private Bank Operations

Lead agile projects, optimize processes, deliver client-first innovations. As an Operation Project Manager within the International Private Bank you will contribute to a growing international business in a fast-paced and innovative environment. You will closely collaborate with counterparts from all areas in the business. If you are a strategic thinker with an analytical mindset, who takes ownership in driving solutions, initiatives, and projects, this could be the role for you.

Being part of the Projects and Business Innovation Support team, you will be working in conjunction with our internal partners including Client Service, Advisors, Operations, Technology, Product, Business Management, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Project Management accountabilities, to coordinate with various areas of Operations, Middle Office, Finance, Technology, and Senior Management to build business requirements, procedures, and processes. This will include detailed requirements analysis, plan development, resource management, requirements management (elicitation, documentation, prioritization, etc.), process mapping, process design, procedure authoring, org design, capacity sizing, etc.
  • Conduct data analysis, data collection, and synthesis to translate into empirical solutions or evidence that can optimize project reporting
  • Work with business partners to design, introduce, or re-engineer existing processes and business applications
  • Take ownership of the Project execution, conducting project planning and analysis, including creating detailed project plans, documenting business requirements, detailing issues and problems, and drafting business and technical work/data flows
  • Facilitate or support project facilitator, create materials for presentation, and provide reporting/metrics
  • Be the Product owner of the service and drive the evolution of the product

  • Extensive Knowledge of Project Methodologies and especially the Product Framework and the Agile framework, including working in a Design Led change organization
  • Ability to turn abstract designs into reality by working with stakeholders to drive new services and tools
  • Proven track record in implementing new services and integrating the service into complex architecture
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills with the ability to deal with different stakeholder groups (as well as Senior Management) to elicit business requirements, procedures, and processes
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to implement complex services across multiple legal entities worldwide
  • Extensive experience designing, or re-engineering existing processes and business applications
  • Advanced analysis skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
