Overview
A global education services company is engaging a Product Marketing Consultant to support its international sales organisation. This is a sales facing engagement, not a brand or communications role. Success is measured by whether the sales team sells more, faster, and more consistently because of the work product delivered.
What You Will Do
You will translate product positioning into materials a distributed sales team uses every day:
- Messaging frameworks built for multiple audience types
- An objection handling library refreshed from real sales calls
- Market specific pitch materials
- An enablement pack for our partner and reseller network
You will also support demand generation tied to our enrollment cycle and lead go to market execution for new offerings.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We Need
This is suited to someone who has worked inside international student recruitment or a similar B2B2C education model, not just marketed to consumers or businesses generally. You understand agents and resellers, recruitment cycles, and what it means to market to a decision maker, a payer, and an end beneficiary, often for the same product.
You should have:
- 3 to 5 years in product marketing with real commercial ownership, not just campaign execution
- Direct experience in international student recruitment or a comparable global education model
- A track record of building sales enablement materials that sales teams actually used
- Working knowledge of a CRM platform, including source level attribution
- Ability to work across multiple time zones
- A sales oriented mindset. You are motivated by pipeline movement and comfortable being held to a number
- Hands on content production experience (video, decks, async training material)
