Study Abroad and Preparation Programmes (SAPP) is a fast-paced, dynamic department running successful Study Abroad and Pre-sessional English programmes at UAL. As International Projects Officer, you'll provide project coordination and operational support across SAPP's Partnerships team, helping to deliver recruitment campaigns, partner engagement, webinars, events, and international travel that supports recruitment and partnership goals, as well as the overall SAPP strategy.
The role covers coordination of marketing, recruitment and partnership projects, meetings with international partners, education agents and internal stakeholders, and the planning and logistics behind recruitment travel, events and agent training. You'll also support SAPP's Senior Management Team with meeting coordination, project plans, action trackers and reporting, and contribute to wider department operations, all while managing multiple projects simultaneously and maintaining accurate records across CRM and other business systems.

About you
We're looking for someone with experience of coordinating projects, events or programmes in a higher education or comparable professional environment, and confidence organising meetings, travel or complex administrative activity involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with colleagues, students and international partners. The role suits someone proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative, with a flexible approach to work and a genuine interest in international education or student recruitment.
