CEG Stake | Remote, UK | Salary + commission-only, uncapped (options to discuss base salary)

Full-time

The offer, up front 3-5% of the total price of the property sold depending on which project.

You take half of what the business earns on the deal, whether that is a whole property or a tokenized one.

What we give you in return is new leads every day, international inventory, and a product that lets you close investors at almost any budget.

About CEG Stake

CEG Stake is a Swiss-registered property investment platform based in Zug, built to make real estate ownership accessible to people who were previously priced out of it.

Our portfolio spans premium off-plan developments in Ras Al Khaimah, Maldives, Turkey and Morocco. We also tokenize property on-chain, wallet-verifiable, with KYC completed in around ten minutes. We sell property two ways.

Investors can buy whole units, the way property has always been sold. Or we tokenize a property, splitting ownership into fractions so that someone can take a stake from as little as $150 rather than needing the full purchase price.

Alongside that sit our other products, including the Rentals Yield Pool and the CEG Equity Token.

Why that matters to you commercially

Tokenization takes an investor who could never write a cheque for a whole unit and turns them into a live buyer.

It widens the funnel enormously, it opens markets a conventional agent simply cannot sell into, and it means far more of your pipeline converts into something you get paid on.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The lead a normal brokerage writes off as "budget too small" is a deal here, and the small investor who starts at $150 is often the same person who comes back for a whole unit two years later.

The role

This is the widest desk in the business.

English is the default language of international property investment, which means this pipeline carries the highest volume and the broadest spread of investor profiles we handle.

You will take inbound enquiries from British speakers.

The trade-off is that volume is your constraint rather than lead supply. Whoever takes this seat has to be genuinely disciplined about triage, working out fast which enquiries deserve an hour and which deserve five minutes, without letting the rest go cold.

You are not cold-calling for leads. Marketing generates them, you convert them.

Your job is to pick up an enquiry fast, qualify it properly, work out whether the investor is better served by a whole property or a tokenized position, and close.

What you'll do

  • Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and run every lead through to close in our CRM
  • Triage a high-volume pipeline, prioritising by ticket size and intent without letting the long tail go cold
  • Qualify on budget, timeline, residency, financing and objective, whether that is rental yield, capital growth, or portfolio diversification
  • Match the investor to the right product and the right market: whole unit or tokenized, Ras Al Khaimah or Morocco
  • Use tokenization deliberately, reframing a "too small" budget into a live transaction rather than losing the lead
  • Walk investors through the platform confidently: how fractional ownership works, how KYC and the app work, what they actually own, payment structures, fees and exit routes
  • Work across time zones spanning the Americas to Asia Pacific, structuring your day so no market is permanently underserved
  • Run video consultations and in-person meetings, and host clients travelling to Dubai
  • Handle the transaction end to end, coordinating with our compliance and operations teams
  • Nurture the long tail. Most overseas investors will want disciplined follow-up is where this role is won or lost
  • Build repeat and referral business. A satisfied investor typically brings two more
  • Report weekly on pipeline, conversion, and lead quality by source
