About the Role

We are expanding our international sales team and are looking for experienced real estate professionals to market and sell premium off-plan and ready properties across some of the world's fastest-growing real estate markets.
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity offering an industry-leading 50% commission split on every successfully closed transaction. If you are driven by results and motivated by high earnings, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage your own pipeline of qualified buyers and investors.
- Promote international off-plan and ready-to-move properties.
- Guide clients throughout the sales journey, from initial enquiry to closing.
- Conduct virtual and in-person property presentations.
- Build long-term relationships with investors and repeat clients.
- Stay informed about international real estate trends, projects, and investment opportunities.

Who We're Looking For
We welcome applications from experienced sales professionals with a strong background in real estate, particularly those with experience in:
- United Kingdom (UK)
- United Arab Emirates (UAE)
- Saudi Arabia (KSA)
You should have:
- Proven experience in property sales or real estate brokerage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Confidence in building relationships with international investors.
- Experience using social media for lead generation is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
