INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT HYBRID LONDON

Build an International Recruitment Career with EWI.

EWI is a global specialist recruitment business operating across Renewable Energy, Sustainable Infrastructure and Advanced Buildings — partnering with the companies delivering the world’s most ambitious engineering and energy projects.

We are hiring ambitious professionals with 1–2 years' recruitment experience to join our London team as an International Recruitment Consultant.

This is not an HR or Talent Acquisition role.

This is a fast-paced, commercial sales career where you will build client relationships, win business, negotiate deals and work with senior professionals across the global infrastructure market. If you’ve started your career in delivery or resourcing and are looking for an environment that supports your growth and offers progression opportunities, this is it.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building relationships with international clients and candidates
  • Transitioning from candidate delivery into a full 360 recruitment / sales role
  • Developing new business across global markets
  • Managing recruitment processes for major engineering projects
  • Negotiating commercial agreements and salaries
  • Headhunting senior professionals within renewable energy and infrastructure
  • Working towards sales targets and commission goals
  • Becoming a specialist within a high-growth global market

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
