International Relationship Manager – Fintech Bank - 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Up to £120k + commission

ZRG Partners is partnering with an international bank to appoint an International Relationship Manager on a fixed-term contract. The bank is digital-first and serves crypto and digital asset firms (VASPs), fintechs and other institutional clients.

This is a new-business role with some travel. You'll report to the Chief Commercial Officer and win corporate clients in key international financial centres.

Who you'll be targeting

Clients

  • Almost all corporate – fintechs, Digital Asset firms, virtual asset service providers (VASPs), payments firms, asset and wealth managers, funds, trusts and some insurers

Markets

  • Asia, the Middle East, LatAm, the Caribbean and selected offshore jurisdictions, including Hong Kong, Singapore, the UAE (Abu Dhabi and Dubai), the Channel Islands, Switzerland, Cayman, the Bahamas and BVI

What you'll be selling

  • Operational, customer and collateral accounts in multiple currencies
  • Fast, straight-through international SWIFT payments
  • FX for virtual asset services and institutional FX execution
  • Global securities custody and execution
  • Customer money solutions

All services are digital-first, with open banking APIs, and are also available through online banking.

Key responsibilities

  • Grow revenue through new international client relationships, low-cost deposits and fee-generating services (payments, FX, custody and execution)
  • Prospect by industry and geography, and reach senior decision-makers at target firms
  • Attend 4–6 major industry events and 4–6 targeted roadshows a year, often alongside the CCO
  • Work with the CCO, the RM team and Compliance on campaigns, sales coverage and market feedback
  • Work with Operations and Financial Crime Compliance to onboard new clients
  • Deliver against targets for new clients, accounts opened, balances, net interest income and fee income

What you'll bring

  • 8+ years' experience in financial services, with a strong sales track record
  • Sales experience in one or more of: fintech, digital assets, PSPs, digital banking, Banking-as-a-Service or private banking
  • A strong grasp of digital banking and Banking-as-a-Service products, and broad knowledge of fintech across payments, investments, APIs, and asset management
  • An established client book and a global network in the target industries is essential
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills, and experience using a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot

This is a remote role with travel. You will preferably be based in the UK.

Fixed-term contract paying up to £120k plus commission, with commission based on revenue and other measurable performance indicators.
