International Sales & Commercial Executive

UPP is the UK's leading provider of on-campus residential and academic accommodation infrastructure, operating across a diverse portfolio of university partnerships. We're passionate about creating exceptional places for students to live and learn.

We have a new opportunity for an International Sales & Commercial Executive to join our Partnerships team and play a key role in driving occupancy growth, revenue generation and commercial partnerships across our national portfolio.

Working closely with university partners, accommodation teams and the wider commercial team, you'll help develop relationships with international recruitment agents, accommodation platforms and commercial partners, supporting occupancy growth and creating new revenue opportunities across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity if you are commercially minded and relationship-focused, looking to develop a career in sales, partnerships and business development within a growing organisation.

This role is based in our award-winning London office and offers hybrid working, with regular travel to our university sites/teams across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of UPP's international student sales strategy across key markets and channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with international education agents, recruitment partners and accommodation marketplaces.
  • Monitor enquiries, bookings, conversion rates and partner performance.
  • Produce sales pipeline reports, dashboards and market insights to support decision-making.
  • Support agent communications, webinars, training sessions and recruitment events.
  • Work with marketing colleagues to develop international sales campaigns and content.
  • Support commercial revenue opportunities including summer schools, group bookings and short-term accommodation stays.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and demand sources across the portfolio.
  • Manage partner information, sales materials and booking activity records.
  • Provide a responsive, customer-focused service to students, partners and stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
