Phizz was founded to help people feel their best, every day. Recognizing hydration’s critical role in daily performance we aim to simplify the clutter of multivitamins, electrolyte powders, and sports drinks.
Guided by a distinguished PhD neuroscientist and Oxford scholar, 3 friends formulated Phizz to create a tasty, convenient solution to everyday hydration issues.
Phizz excels hydration beyond water and packs essential nutrients into one convenient and tasty solution and we’re currently the #1 Hydration Enhancer product in the UK (Nielsen 12 w/e 13/6/26)
We’re expanding domestically and internationally and are looking for someone to spearhead growth for Phizz in Markets outside the UK.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for £Net Revenue and Gross Margin delivery of Phizz International channel
- Manage and grow Phizz International business with existing distribution partners
- Includes Saudi Arabia & UAE, and imminent launches in Australia (Sept’26) and EU (Q1’27)
- Internal business planning, forecasting, analysis, and performance tracking/reporting.
- Define & implement the Phizz International Growth strategy alongside Phizz Senior Management Team
- Agree future markets and prioritisation
- Recommend distribution partners
- Manage implementation and co-ordinate launch across NPD/Supply Chain/Marketing & Sales/Ecommerce functions
- Ongoing management of Phizz business once launched in future markets.

Qualifications
- +5 years’ experience in managing International Distribution for FMCG brands
- Demonstrable track record of having opened new International Markets for FMCG brands
- Experience of high growth SME environment preferred
- Entrepreneurial drive & ability to balance bias to action with strategic decision making
- Persuasive and engaging – need to manage senior stakeholders both internally & externally
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communication skills
