The Role
The International Sales Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the team, helping to ensure that customer requirements, orders, documentation, and internal processes are managed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO and Commercial team.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Prepare and distribute customer quotations, order confirmations, and other commercial documentation.
- Respond to customer queries and ensure information is communicated promptly to the relevant internal teams.
- Maintain customer lists and update systems when changes are agreed.
- Assist with new customer and product set-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with international customers and distributors.
- Assist with preparing sales reports, forecasts, and customer information.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer data within internal systems.
- Support the preparation of customer presentations and commercial information.
- Assist with product samples, specifications, and other customer requirements.
- Build effective working relationships with Commercial, Planning, Production, Technical, Finance, and Logistics.
- Communicate customer requirements clearly to relevant internal departments.
- Attend relevant meetings and provide updates on customer orders and projects.
- Follow up outstanding actions to ensure deadlines are met.
- Escalate any potential issues affecting customer service or delivery.

Experience
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service approach.
