Role Description
Responsible for developing international customers, supporting sales activities, and coordinating with the Thailand head office on product information, quotations, samples, and customer requirements. Ideal for candidates with a sales or marketing mindset, strong communication skills, and systematic follow-up. Textile experience is an advantage but not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers.
- Develop new business opportunities and customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and coordinate product, pricing, quotations, and samples.
- Follow up on inquiries, RFQs, quotations, samples, and sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer and sales activity records.
- Prepare regular sales progress reports.
- Support product presentations and marketing materials.
- Learn textile products and applications to support sales development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Communication, Textile, or related fields.
- Based in London.
- Experience in sales, marketing, business development, export sales, or customer coordination preferred.
- Textile, garment, apparel, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Able to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, or CRM tools.
